22nd May 2010: St. Luke's Ramblers
CHANGE OF DATE! WE shall be meeting up at Longnor (about an hour's drive) to have a bring-your-own picnic lunch with James (formerly vicar of St. Luke's) and Marion Forrester at 1.00pm. Marion will then take us for the usual length of walk, which includes a moderate gradient (there aren't any local level walks!), finishing with a cuppa back in Longnor. In order to minimise the number of cars (Longnor gets very busy) and so that Marion can decide the best venue for lunch, it is essential to let us know by Wednesday, 19 May if you intend to come. There is a sign-up sheet in the Foyer, or ring Lesley and Alan Combe (tel. 230 1759).
